WP2
ICH as capital for sustainable development and green transformation
WP2 Objectives
Defining the ICH as a resource or cultural, social, economic and environmental capital for all (interested) stakeholders, by establishing a matrix of values and values of the ICH for each stakeholder and identifying the attributes that support these values.
The activities are divided into three sub-packages, WP2-A1, WP2-A2 and WP2-A3.
WP2-A1
This activity will include a review of programmes and development orientations that link the ICH to existing EF financial mechanisms, a summary of the possibilities for their strategic absorption in the future, and an overview of the EU's attitude towards the ICH and the opportunities for Slovenia.
WP2-A2
The key research questions that will be addressed in this strand, through transdisciplinary research, are how the scientific disciplines involved contribute to understanding ICH as capital for green transformation and a sustainable future, and how to achieve a holistic understanding of ICH as capital across the four pillars of sustainability among all stakeholders involved. We will discuss the relationship of the ICH to all four pillars and highlight the attributes of the ICH that support each pillar.
WP2-A3
As part of this activity, we will develop a matrix to provide an overview of values for stakeholder groups with similar interests that support each aspect of sustainability, i.e. cultural, social, economic and environmental.
